JHB Real Estate stands a Veteran owned business, led by Jorge Betito, who served in the United States Air Force for over 7 years, from June 2004 to August 2011. During his active-duty tenure, Jorge undertook diverse responsibilities, to include administrative, IT, and official mail distribution across various Communications and Maintenance Squadrons.

After transitioning from military service, Jorge remained committed to serving others. From August 2017 to August 2019, he served as the Department Service Officer for the Veterans of Foreign Wars Regional Office in Los Angeles. In this capacity, he aided veterans and their families in securing VA Compensation, pension, and education benefits from the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). Furthermore, Jorge represented Power of Attorney (POA) for veterans and their families in hearings with the VA and the VA/Board of Veterans Appeals.

Between August 2019 and October 2021, Jorge played a vital role in the VA Benefits Administration Los Angeles Regional Office Spec Ops team, specializing in addressing unique claims related to homelessness, financial hardship, PTSD, military sexual trauma, and terminal illness.

Jorge received valuable mentorship at a Mortgage Company, refining his skills in the home financing process. Utilizing his VA education benefits, Jorge pursued and earned a bachelor's degree in business marketing from West Wood College in 2014. In 2019, he achieved another significant milestone by obtaining his real estate license.
