JHB Real Estate is a Veteran-owned business. Jorge Betito served in the United States Air Force as Active Duty for a little over 7 years (June 2004 to August 2011). During his Active-Duty career, he held a variety of positions such as Administrative, IT, and official mail distribution at different Communications and Maintenance Squadrons. Since getting out of active-duty service in 2011, he has been advocating for Veterans and their family members with their transition from military life back to civilian life. This advocacy led him to work alongside various Veteran organizations and participate in different types of Veteran service and support events. From August of 2017 to August of 2019, Jorge Betito was the Department Service Officer for Veterans of Foreign Wars Regional Office in Los Angeles. He helped Veterans and their family members receive their Compensation, pension, and education benefits from the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). He also represented POA (Power of Attorney) for Veterans and their family members during hearing proceedings with the VA and the VA/Board of Veterans Appeals. From August of 2019 to October of 2021, he was a member of the VA Benefits Administration Los Angeles Regional Office Spec Ops team that focused on special types of claims such as homelessness, financial hardship, PTSD, military sexual trauma, and terminal illness.

He has been in the Real Estate industry since getting out of the Air Force in 2011 and became a Licensed Real Estate Agent in June of 2019.
