JHB Real Estate stands as a proud Veteran-owned enterprise, spearheaded by Jorge Betito, whose service in the United States Air Force spanned over 7 years from June 2004 to August 2011. Throughout his Active-Duty tenure, Jorge undertook a multitude of roles, encompassing administrative duties, IT tasks, and official mail distribution across multiple Communications and Maintenance Squadrons.

After his transition from military service, Jorge continued his dedication to helping others. From August 2017 to August 2019, he worked as the Department Service Officer (VSO) for the Veterans of Foreign Wars Regional Office (VFW). In his role, he assisted veterans and their families in obtaining VA compensation, pensions, and educational benefits from the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). Jorge, also served as Power of Attorney (POA) for the veterans and their families, representing them in hearings with the VA and the VA/Board of Veterans Appeals. From August 2019 to October 2021, he was an integral member of the VA Benefits Administration Los Angeles Regional Office Spec Ops team, focusing on unique claims related to homelessness, financial hardship, PTSD, military sexual trauma, and terminal illness.

Furthermore, after transitioning from the Air Force in 2011, Jorge has garnered invaluable mentorship within a Morgage Company, refining his expertise in home financing. Utilizing his VA education benefits, he pursued and successfully earned a bachelor's degree in business marketing from West Wood College in 2014. In 2019, he reached another significant milestone by obtaining his real estate license.
